Back up and restore your data

Daily database dumps run after activity and keep 7 days (30 on Pro); back up, download, or restore from the Console.

An app with a database gets a daily dump automatically once it has been active in the prior 24 hours. Dumps are full .sql exports, stored aside from your app’s files. They keep 7 days, or 30 on Pro.

How to manage backups

1. Open your app in the Console.
2. Go to Data → D1 → Backups.
3. Use Back up now for an on-demand dump, Download to save one as .sql, or Restore to replace the live tables with a dump.
